Bush sets a new greenhouse gas emissions goalUS President George W. Bush yesterday announced a new national voluntary goal of stopping the growth of US greenhouse gas emissions by 2025. Bush said that the right way to achieve this target is through continued advances in cost-effective clean technologies.
